Under his leadership, Square has achieved remarkable growth and emerged as a market leader in a short span of two years. With expertise in sectors like Healthcare, Telecom, BFSI, and Retail, Ravi drives success across industries. He is known for his business acumen, strategic vision, and ability to build high-performing teams. His entrepreneurial journey and leadership make him a respected figure and catalyst for growth within Square and the business community.

Mr. Durga Prasad Madasu

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Durga Prasad Madasu, affectionately known as DP, brings over 24 years of extensive experience across various industries, including Banking, NBFC, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, E-commerce, and BPOs, both domestic and international. Recognized as a Global Hero at Vodafone, he has excelled in benchmarking process excellence. DP is renowned for optimizing efficiency and leveraging data-driven strategies to handle large transitions and establish best-in-class centers. A technology-driven individual, he is dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences. In addition to his professional pursuits, DP is a National-level badminton player and is committed to community service. He actively supports Sparsh Hospice, a center for terminally ill patients, and is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Banjara Hills.

Vijay Kumar TN

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Vijay Kumar TN serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Square Business Services. With over 22 years of experience in human resources, Vijay is an expert in recruitment, HR business partnership, business operations, and HR operations. He also holds the role of Custodian/Relationship Manager for Infosync.

Throughout his career, Vijay has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of prominent global companies in the business process management and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) sectors, including Firstsource, Genisys, Concentrix, Quess Corp Ltd, Startek (Aegis Global), and Thought Focus. His expertise extends to leadership coaching, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, retention, succession planning, employee relations and welfare, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, business transformation, project management, and migrations.

Vijay’s diverse industry experience includes Banking, Insurance, Media and Entertainment, Cloud Computing, Telecom, Retail, and emerging sectors such as Cryptocurrency, E- commerce, and Artificial Intelligence. His versatility enables him to effectively navigate various organizational cultures and market challenges.

Vijay holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is an alumnus of XLRI and IIM Raipur.

Prasanta Kumar Samal

General Manager - Information Technology

Prasanta Kumar Samal is the General Manager of Information Technology at Square Business Services. With over 15 years of experience in IT management, Prasanta has extensive expertise in both domestic and international settings, including BPOs, startups, and large enterprises. His background in leading IT solution implementation and operations is pivotal to driving technological advancements at Square Business Services.

Prasanta has a proven track record of successful technology implementations, expert crisis management, and aligning technology with business needs. He has held significant roles at American Debt Counselling, Corpone Global Solutions, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services, and Karvy Digi Connect, which have equipped him with invaluable insights and skills.

In addition to his professional achievements, Prasanta is passionate about cricket, supports socioeconomically vulnerable communities, and provides coaching on economics and capital markets, enriching the company's diverse culture and community engagement.

Vinay is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in BPO across domains like collections, sales, customer service, insurance, banking, and healthcare. He has successfully managed operations for renowned organizations such as Genpact, Ruralshores, and Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd. Vinay consistently delivers outstanding results, exceeding client expectations and fostering customer-centric approaches. His expertise in insurance and banking includes managing risk, implementing compliance frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills from his IIM background, Vinay drives data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.
